Stabe Auction & Realty Co., located in Plymouth County in NW Iowa, has been doing business for over 50 years, priding themselves on being professional, honest, and always striving to do the best job for their clients. 

Vernon Stabe started Stabe Auction in 1958.  Vernon has conducted hundreds of auctions consisting of farmland, farm machinery, antiques, estate, household, business liquidations & real estate.  Vernon also has been a lifelong farmer in the area, along with over 40 years worth of experience in other AG related areas.

Randy Stabe is a second generation auctioneer and has worked beside his father since 1976.  Randy also has been a lifelong farmer on the family farm.  Randy obtained his broker's license in 2006 and took over the Real estate business after Elsie's' retirement.  Randy also volunteers his time to many charitable organizations, helping to raise thousands of dollars for many great causes in the Siouxland area.

Elsie Stabe obtained her real estate license in 1978 and worked with local brokers until getting her broker's license in 1986 when she started Stabe Realty.  Elsie has since retired her broker's license in 2006 but is still involved in clerking and helping with the auction business. 

Teresa Petty is a second generation realtor and has been working beside her mother in the real estate market since 1996.  Teresa brings a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge to Stabe Realty, along with helping run the cashiering department of Stabe Auction.

Connie Nanninga is a life long resident of Le Mars. She has recently joined Stabe Realty and Auction. Her and her husband Bruce are the parents of 3 adult children, Matt, Katie and Nick.
